Case Study - Mod-Style

Mod-Style is a social enterprise run by the Brotherhood of St Laurence. Mod-Style are a fashion and optical supply business supplying optometry retailers around Australia. 

For many years Modstyle had relied on paper based catalogues and brochures to inform their customers about their product range and a growing array of new products.&nbspIn an increasingly competitive environment, Modstyle were looking to improve their market presence and empower their sales team with improved marketing material and systems. Further, Modstyle recognized the importance of providing the customers and the sales team with the latest information.

Working with Lettuce, Mod-Style rebranded and relaunched their business, including launching a new website and for the first time implemented a digital catalogue of their entire product range. This new catalogue was implemented using Market Stall eCommerce platform.  The combination of Market Stall and a new website gives new customers a single up to date visual catalogue of all the products for the first time.

The new platform will allow Mod-Style in the future to use initiatives such as online ordering and sales force automation.

Mod-Style uses both our MarketStall eCommerce platform and IcebergHQ CRM, to give the sales and customer support teams the most current information for managing customers and to close sales.
